Before coming to Avaii, Joe worked in the retirement plan consulting/administration industry. With over 10 years of client service experience, he thrives on being a dependable resource for others and always putting the needs of his clients and co-workers first. He currently holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is working to expand his knowledge and expertise by obtaining other financial planning and advisory designations.
As the Financial Planning & Compliance Associate, he assists advisors with the financial planning process and ensures the firm meets regulatory requirements.
Born and raised in Denver, CO, Joe moved to Appleton with his wife in 2020. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing trivia and board games with his wife and friends, spending time with family, volunteering as a youth mentor through the Outagamie County Youth Mentoring Program, and disc golfing as much as possible.
